I realize that Chuck Heath is no longer employed as an educator, but how could he have forgotten the ethics of the profession? His speech (diatribe?) at Colony High School crossed boundaries that would be obvious even to a novice educator. I am increasingly concerned that, because we lack a fiscal plan, the Governor ends up making all the decisions about the capital budget in our state. I understand that legislators want to serve their constituents, but now the only person to determine which projects are most valuable to our state is the Governor.
